1217hrs-While responding to a motor vehicle accident, Medic 14-8 discovered a house fire with fire showing from sides A and B on Diamond Hill Road. Bedford Communications alerted Companies 8 (Moneta-1st due), 13 (Stewartsville-2nd due), and 1 (Bedford-RIT) to 4386 Diamond Hill Road for a working fire. Rescue 1 (with six) arrived and with a good knock down by Wagon 8, assisted on the interior with overhaul. While R-1 operated on Diamond Hill Road Engine 1 handled a MVA on Kelso Road. Total Company 1 Personnel:13.
