1120hrs- Bedford Communications alerted Companies 9 (Montvale-1st due), 19 (Shady Grove-2nd due), and 1 (Bedford-RIT) to the Robin Crest MHP for a reported house fire. With no response from the 2nd due, Company 1 assumed 2nd due responsibilites with Wagon 1 (with four).  BCoFR RS-2 (Hawkins) was first to arrive to find heavy smoke showing from underneath a double-wide mobile home. RS-2 established command and asked Wagon 1 to lay in and assume Attack Group 1. Engine 9 arrived just behind the Wagon and hooked up to their supply line to provide water supply. Rescue 1 (with six) arrived and assumed Ventilation Group by orders of command. Fire underneath the home was quickly extinguished and held to the area of origin underneath the crawl space. Units returned to service at 1230hrs.
